VeritasMetric grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and download one copy of the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial, transitory use only. Under this licence you must not:

• remove copyright or proprietary notices; or
• mirror the materials on any other server.

This licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.

VeritasMetric makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VeritasMetric does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeritasMetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if VeritasMetric has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The materials on the Site could include technical or typographical errors. VeritasMetric does not warrant that any material is accurate, complete or current and may make changes at any time without notice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
